1.How can I pay? What if I don't want to use Paypal?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You do not have to have a Paypal account to checkout, just checkout as a guest. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

If you don't want to use Paypal, please call us at our toll free number: 800-285-3951 and we will be happy to process your credit card directly.

2. Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff.

3. Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

4. SHIPPING:

Items are shipped USPS first class within seven business days of purchase.

If you need expedited shipping, it can be arranged. Please contact us with your needs.

Insurance is available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs, and brokerage fees, taxes, and any other fees associated with delivery. Charmed Design cannot be held responsible for any additional shipping fees levied upon receipt.

Delivery times will vary by country and service. Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available for international orders

5. RETURNS/EXCHANGES: 100% satisfaction gaurantee

We will accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy for any reason with your item. Please contact us within a week of receiving the item. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Pieces which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items cannot be returns more than 30 days after sale unless defective.

Custom orders are considered a final sale and are non-refundable or returnable, but we will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We encourage you to insure your item. Wrap items securely.

CARING FOR YOUR CHARMED DESIGN JEWELRY:
Avoid getting wet. To clean charms, we use a polishing cloth. Silk ribbons may be gently washed by hand.
